The Kaiser Roseville Bed Tower and Parking Structure project expands the medical campus with a new 138-bed inpatient tower, structured parking, and upgraded site infrastructure. Delivered through an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) process, BKF supported master planning, design, and construction coordination to maintain hospital operations, improve circulation, and enhance long-term campus functionality.
BKF services included boundary and topographic surveys, aerial mapping, and base map development. Staking was performed during the Make Ready phase and throughout construction for the tower and site improvements.
Snapdragon Stadium is a 35,000-seat, entertainment venue developed as part of San Diego State University’s Mission Valley campus expansion. Serving as a hub for collegiate football, professional and collegiate soccer, NCAA championship events, concerts, and community programming, the stadium represents the first major phase of a broader district that will include research and innovation facilities, housing, and a community river park.
BKF services included establishing survey control, boundary and topographic surveys, and extensive construction staking for excavation, grading, utilities, and structural placement, followed by detailed as-built verification.

Mission Rock is a transformative mixed-use waterfront development guided by innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability. Resilient design strategies address sea level rise, flexible utility connections, curbless pedestrian-focused streets, and district-scale energy and blackwater systems, supporting long-term community growth and environmental stewardship. The project also achieved LEED for Neighborhood Development certification.
BKF’s Surveying team supported the project during design and construction, providing topographic surveys and construction staking services that ensured precise coordination between the horizontal infrastructure and vertical building designs.

South Orange County Community College District's Advanced Technology & Education Park (ATEP) established a new 50,000sf academic facility within the redevelopment of the former Marine Corps Air Station in Tustin, CA. The project introduced modern instructional and collaboration spaces designed to support future campus expansion. BKF’s surveying services supported the effort from early design through construction, ensuring site control and integration within the broader campus plan.
